Smoothies: Made with natural yogurt and exotic Ecuadorian fruits such as naranjilla, maracuyá (passion fruit), and mora (blackberry). Each smoothie is customizable with superfoods and health-boosting ingredients.

The creation of Galapagos Smoothies & Café is a heartfelt journey that weaves personal experiences with cherished family memories, celebrating the vibrant flavors of Ecuador. It all began during a transformative trip to the Galapagos Islands with my son, where we discovered the unique coffee grown in this pristine paradise. The rich flavor of Galapagos coffee resonated deeply with my appreciation for authenticity and sustainability, leaving a lasting impression on our hearts. Additionally, my fondness for pan de yuca traces back to my childhood, where this traditional Ecuadorian treat was a beloved staple enjoyed alongside family gatherings. At Galapagos Smoothies & Café, we aim to share these joyous memories and authentic flavors, bringing a piece of Ecuador to our community while honoring the traditions that inspired us.
